1. Analysis and recommendations
Equity shares
- A team of analysts – fundamental analysis of companies based on their microeconomic and macroeconomic environment, competitive advantage and financial situation. Valuation of companies and drafting of recommendations
- Selection of well-managed companies, undervalued by the market.
Bonds
- A team of analysts – fundamental analysis of companies based on their microeconomic and macroeconomic environment, competitive advantage and financial situation. Valuation of companies and drafting of recommendations
- Analysis of the corporate issuers’ credibility in terms of the interest offered
2. Portfolio building
- Investment committee – approval of investment recommendations, strategic decisions concerning the portfolios
- Fund managers – decisions on the shares of particular investments in the portfolios
3. Transaction execution (dealing)
- A team of dealers – purchase or sale of securities in order to align the portfolios with models prepared by the Managers
4. Risk monitoring
- review of a number of risks (e.g. liquidity, credit and concentration risk) at the level of financial instruments and fund portfolios; implementing corrective measures
