Decision of the Financial Stability Committee on the issuance of an opinion on the level of the buffer for another systemically important institution imposed on Erste Bank Polska S.A.

In relation to current report no. 33/2026 dated 23 September 2026, the Management Board of Erste Bank Polska S.A. (the "Bank") hereby announces that on 5th October 2026, it received a decision of the Financial Stability Committee (the "FSC") dated 30 September 2026, issued upon the request of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (the "PFSA") concerning the expression of an opinion by the FSC on the amount of the other systemically important institution buffer imposed on the Bank.

In the issued decision, pursuant to Article 46 paragraphs 2 and 3 in conjunction with Article 5 of the Act of 5 August 2015 on macroprudential supervision of the financial system and crisis management in the financial system, and Article 106 of the Act - Code of Administrative Procedure, the FSC expressed a positive opinion on setting the other systemically important institution buffer for the Bank at the level of 1.00% of the total risk exposure amount, calculated in accordance with Article 92 paragraph 3 of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 June 2013 on prudential requirements for credit institutions and amending Regulation (EU) No 648/2012, as amended (the "CRR").
