Information on the completion of the transaction involving the disposal by Erste Bank Polska S.A. of one share in Erste Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A.

In relation to Current Reports no. 31/2026 of 2 July 2026 and no. 34/2026 of 28 September 2026, the Management Board of Erste Bank Polska S.A. (the "Bank") hereby informs that on 15 October 2026 it sold one share in Erste Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. ("Erste TFI") to Erste Asset Management GmbH, with its registered seat in Vienna, for a price of EUR 2,924 (the "Transaction"). As a result of the Transaction, the Bank holds 67,499 shares in Erste TFI, representing approximately 49.999% of the shares in its share capital and carrying approximately 49.999% of the total voting rights at the General Meeting of Erste TFI.

The final one-off impact, affecting only the consolidated net profit of the Bank's Group, will be recognized in the consolidated income statement on the basis of updated balance sheet data as of 31 October 2026.

As a result of the Transaction, Erste TFI lost its status as a Bank's subsidiary and will no longer be consolidated in the Bank's consolidated financial statements using the full consolidation method. Instead, it will be accounted for as an associate using the equity method.
